For a few weeks there, we thought we'd seen the last of "According to Jim."
Whether you were worried or ecstatic, the wait for a final answer is over. ABC has announced that they will pick up Jim Belushi's long-running sitcom for another season.
"According to Jim" also stars Courtney Thorne-Smith, Larry Joe Campbell and Kimberly Williams-Paisley.
For now, the seventh season of "According to Jim" doesn't have a premiere date or a timeslot. However, MediaWeek says you can expect 18 new episodes sometime next season. -- Rachel Cericola
so glad that it is being renewed. i just wish that paramount would at least release seasons 1 and 2 on dvd. seems like every show is now on dvd. hey, the groovie ghoulies are on dvd, why not jim? too bad about george lopez...abc blew it on that one. i am so sick of all those reality shows....

This is STUPID show just like the king of queens, everybody loves raymond, home improvement as well as king of the hill and my name is earl which are both going down in flames.Jim belushi character(or lack there of)is a complete moron like Tim Taylor,Ray Barone,Doug Chesney and numerous others. When and if this piece of shit show does end it should end with his wife BLOWING what little brains out his head.
