Reuters says he was 45. USA Today and Wikipedia say he was 49.

I checked with Reuters. They are usually reliable. Thanks though. I guess majority rules.

I loved Richard Jeni's sense of humor. I was waiting patiently for him to entertain and delight us again with another comedy special. He was special and I am deeply saddened by his death.

I think its horribly sad he felt there was no way out but to take his life.
And SHAME on the 2 people who felt the need to be so PETTY as to correct a reporters mistake, instead of expressing an OUNCE of human compassion for someone in so much pain.
As for Tara!!! U are pathetic!!!...making a plug for a job under these circumstances is grossly discusting.
Have u tried the ENQUIRER? U're the TYPE they look for.
Prayers for his family & friends..Trayce
