"Stone" Casts Victor Garber

vgarber.jpgFor those of you wishing that "Justice" would get another chance on Fox... well, we have some good news and bad news. It looks like the show definitely won't get a reprieve, considering that star Victor Garber has already taken another gig on the new ABC drama, "Eli Stone."

Garber will join Jonny Lee Miller in the one-hour drama, created by Marc Guggenheim ("Jack & Bobby") and Greg Berlanti ("Everwood," "Jack & Bobby"). The two play lawyers, with Miller believing he is some kind of prophet, says Sci Fi Wire.

Fox cancelled "Justice" after just 13 episodes. "Eli Stone" is scheduled to air sometime in ABC's 2007-2008 season. -- Rachel Cericola
