"Apprentice" Reject Files Suit

dtrump.jpgInsane lawsuit #2,500,666,346,210: A New Hampshire man says that "The Apprentice" discriminated against him because he's 49 years young. Naturally, he's so distraught, he is suing.

Joseph Hewett filed an age-discrimination suit against Donald Trump and creator/reality mogul Mark Burnett, says USA Today. He said he was rejected when he applied in 2005 because he was too old. Um yeah, dude. Everyone on "The Real World" is hot too. Should I sue them?

Just to show that he isn't the typical reality show pain in the ass, he is seeking to make the case a class action suit, which could further clog the court system with middle age people pissed that they didn't get the opportunity to be Trump's flunkie. I weep for the justice system.

"The Apprentice" airs every Sunday at 9:00 p.m. (EST) on NBC. -- Rachel Cericola
