Live from New York, it's -- well, any day you want it to be. Entertainment Weekly says that "Saturday Night Live" may soon start broadcasting its Friday night rehearsals on the Web.
"Sometimes it's a lot more interesting than the show," says NBC Universal chief digital officer George Kliavkoff. It would have to be, wouldn't it?
The move seems sort of ironic, considering NBC thought we were so interested in the behind-the-scenes "magic," they launched two shows to address the topic: "30 Rock" and "Studio 60."
Neither one has exactly set the ratings charts on fire, so why would we be interested in yet another outlet? Because it's real? Let me vote off sketches and then you have something.
For now, you can only find "Saturday Night Live" in one place: Every Saturday at 11:30 p.m. (EST) on NBC. -- Rachel Cericola
