After years of being doomed to a pre-primetime slot, "King of the Hill" has been shifted to a Sunday post-"Simpsons" timeslot.
Up until recently, the show's 11th season was to premiere on January 21 at 7:30 p.m., but Fox has decided that Sundays are not for the living. I always found it odd that they threw "The War at Home" in the middle of their all-animated block.
The new schedule has "The Simpsons" at 8:00, followed by "King," "Family Guy" and "American Dad." Michael Rapaport's "The War at Home" is being set up for a slow and painful death -- following "'Til Death" on highly competitive Thursday nights.
