It looks like "The Sopranos" has bagged themselves a Baldwin. Zap2It is reporting that Daniel Baldwin has signed on to appear in eight episodes of the HBO hit's final season.
With Alec gearing up for his regular role on "30 Rock," I guess they looked to the next level of the famous acting family. Didn't they see Daniel's "performance" on VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club?"
Baldwin is more than qualified, however -- he is playing himself. Apparently, the actor has a starring role in Christopher's (Michael Imperioli) gangster/horror flick. Christopher described it as "Saw meets Godfather 2."
There's no word on how many episodes Baldwin will appear in. The final season of "The Sopranos" is expected to premiere on HBO sometime in March 2007. -- Rachel Cericola
