Gandolfini Delays "The Sopranos"

sopranos-guys.jpgTony Soprano didn't get whacked, but he might be out of commission for a little while. MSNBC says that James Gandolfini's recent knee surgery is going to delay the final season of "The Sopranos."

As if HBO didn't make you wait long enough in between seasons. Shooting on the last season was expected to begin in January. Between recovery time and the end of the football season, it's getting pushed two more months.

There's no word on when the final season will debut, but it's expected to be sometime in March 2007. -- Rachel Cericola
