"Prison Break" Coming to DVD

prisonbreak-wmiller-white.jpgIf you didn't hop on the "Prison Break" bandwagon early enough, now is your chance to catch up. The Man Room is reporting that season one will soon be released on DVD.

Catching up on an entire season isn't as painful as it sounds. I set my DVR for the entire second season of "Lost," while catching up on the first season's DVDs. Sure, there were a few spoilers (thanks Yahoo!), but going into this summer, I'm still highly entertained with new episodes. There has been so much positive hype around this show, I might have to give it the same respect.

The 6-disc set includes alternate scenes, a profile on Joliet, a few featurettes, and all of the original episodes, many with commentary. Just don't expect to hear a peep out of star Wentworth Miller; for some reason, he is absent from this set.

Season One of "Prison Break" will retail for $59.98; it hits stores on August 8th. -- Rachel Cericola
