NBC's fall lineup doesn't have too many laughs in it. The good news is that Zap2it is reporting that "Scrubs" is one of the few comedies that has been picked up. Unfortunately, it's not coming back until the midseason. I don't like that.
Granted, I am happy that the show is coming back, but I didn't like how the show was presented this year, and I think it could be one of the reasons that it didn't rate higher every week. First they wait until viewers practically forget about it, and then cram it down our throats with two episodes a week. Maybe I am in the minority, but I found it sort of hard to keep up with this year because of the weird schedule.
Two other comedies, Andy Richter's "Andy Barker, PI" and "The Singles Table" (with "Harold & Kumar" star John Cho) are also scheduled to appear in NBC's midseason. After a few fall flops, apparently the network will learn to laugh again. -- Rachel Cericola
