Here's news that might give Deadwood fans something real to curse about. E! Online says that the upcoming third season of the dark western drama might be its last on HBO.
Recent reports hinted that a fourth season was in the works. Now that doesn't seem likely. Creator David Milch is already working on a new surfing-themed project for the network, "John from Cincinnati." The cable network has also opted not to pick up any of the actors' contracts, meaning that many of them are already seeking other work.
