Richard Hatch in the Hole

Richard Hatch won't be making any alliances where he's going. E! Online says that the "Survivor" winner is being placed in protective custody until his sentencing later this month.

If he thought "Survivor" was tough, let's see how he does after a few weeks in the hole. Throw some cameras in, and I'm so there.

Any celebrity can request protective custody. Is he a celebrity? Hatch is facing up to 13 years in prison for not paying taxes on his $1 million price from the CBS game show. They are holding him since he is considered to be a flight risk. He is currently being held in Plymouth, Mass., until his sentencing on April 25. -- Rachel Cericola
