Lou Diamond Philips Adopts "Aquaman"

Where has Lou Diamond Philips been since "Young Guns?" Mostly guest-starring in a slew of lower-profile movie roles and various TV shows. Now Aquaman TV says that the actor is about to get back into the swim of things, starring as Tom Curry, A.C.'s (a.k.a. "Aquaman") adoptive father.

Wow wee -- Lou Diamond Philips in the dad role? I certainly feel old. Justin Hartley ("Passions") has been cast as everyone's favorite underwater hero.

No word on an exact date for the show's debut, but "Aquaman" is definitely a part of the CW's lineup when the network premieres this fall. -- Rachel Cericola

is it just me or did someone steal this from Entourage??? ha, maybe not but I thought it was humorous considering the my recent addiction to the show and the big "Aquaman" direction the show went in the latter part of the second season.
