Fox Cancels "That 70s Show" & "Malcolm"

malcolm.jpgIt's been a nice run for both shows, but the TV Squad says that "Malcolm in the Middle" and "That 70s Show" will end after this season.

It's not very surprising. Not many people expected the "70s" to continue without Topher Grace or Ashton Kutcher (although I did see Kutcher laughing it up on a recent episode). "Malcolm" is just suffering from Fred Savage syndrome. Chances are he will still have his movie career, at least for a bit. If not, he has plenty of fancy cars to console himself.

After seven seasons, the last episode of "Malcolm in the Middle" will air on May 14. The eighth season of "That 70s Show" will end on May 18. Until then, both shows will be running regularly on Fox. -- Rachel Cericola
