VH1 Weaves "Web Junk"

patrice.jpgDid you know that MTV bought iFilm a few months back? No one does. Maybe that's why the Hollywood Reporter says that their sister station, VH1, is planning to air a show that will regurgitate some of the Web channel's best programming.

Hosted by comedian Patrice O'Neal ("Shorties Watchin' Shorties"), the show, titled "Web Junk 20," will air iFilm's weird and most wonderful clips and shorts from the week. You can catch it on VH1 as well as the channel's broadband network, VSpot.

Aside from what gets pilfered from the celebrity, national and local news, viewers will be encouraged to submit their own clips that the thing might be "Junk"-worthy.

"Web Junk 20" premieres January 13 on VH1. -- Rachel Cericola
