The A-Team is Back!

ateam.jpgYou have to love those "where-are-they-now/let's-reunite-them" shows. Without them, we wouldn't have the greatest news I've heard all week -- both Hollywood.com and the TV Squad are reporting that the original cast from "The A-Team" will band together for one badass reunion.

Thankfully, this has nothing to do with the rumored movie remake and there's no very-Brady-esque type of plotline. The surviving members -- Dirk Benedict (Faceman!), Mr. T (B.A.!) and Dwight Schultz (Murdock!) -- are just going to kick back and reminisce about fond memories and all things A-Team.

Sad news for most of us: It's only going to air in the UK on channel 4's "Bring Back The…" series. Even sadder for everyone: No George Peppard (Hannibal), since he died from pneumonia in 1994. The reunion is expected to air sometime next year-- Rachel Cericola

Oh, how I miss the days when they had to put B.A. Baracus under in order to get him to fly anywhere. Bummer that it's only airing in the U.K.

Wow. I get all excited for this reunion, and then in the last paragraph my dreams come crashing down with the news it will air only in the UK. Then I feel really low with the realization I was getting excited over an A Team reunion. I feel like BA after Murdock hit him with a two by four to get him on an airplane...

That comment was friggin awesome. Who knows... maybe it will wind up airing on cable somewhere. Pray to Mr. T.

Can I just say that ever since reading this, I cannot get the A-Team theme song out of my head?

In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.

TV Fodder has that effect on people. We also pray to Mr. T.

Was doin' a bit of reminiscing on the net and came across this item, lucky old (sad) me! Nah it was a class series!

I live in the UK so I'll be able to watch it (apologies to all of you!).

How did you find out 'bout it anyhow Rachel??

Same way I find the rest of the stories... I just keep my eyes out! There are a few sources cited in the story.

Have fun watching. I am very jealous!
