The WB Explores Seedy D.C.

horton.jpgThe WB has another young angst story to tell. Variety says they are developing "The Body Politic," about a group of young people working in the nation's capital. There will be seediness and secrets and seedy secrets. It sounds a bit like "The West Wing" meets "The O.C."

The show will be penned by Bill Robinson and Jason Rothenberg, and actor/director Peter Horton will be working behind-the-scenes magic as the director and executive producer.

Don't expect to see a big push for either political party. Inspired by his real-life experiences, Rotherberg says they plan to be "equal opportunity offenders."

No word on a cast or when the show will air. -- Rachel Cericola

i enjoyed this article about peter horton. his work is solid. he's been in the business over 20 years and he knows what he's doing. i think he's earned more credit and publicity than he recieves.he will make a success out of this new series!
