One of my all-time favorite sitcoms has always been "Taxi." So it's pretty exciting to see Danny DeVito come back to TV, even if it's not in the form of Louie DePalma. Zap2it says the pint-sized superstar will be added to FX's "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" next season.
He plays a retired contractor and father to Dennis (Glenn Howerton) and Dee (Kaitlin Olson); he moves back to the city in an effort to reconnect with the kids.
DeVito has been nominated for numerous Emmys for his TV work, and won one for his work on "Taxi." He also recently starred and produced the big-screen adaptation of Elmore Leonard's "Be Cool."
