"Desperate Housewives" Replaces Actor

kearse.jpgI guess everyone is replaceable. Just days after the announcement that Page Kennedy was fired from ABC's "Desperate Housewives," People says they have recast the role.

Semi-unknown actor, Nashawn Kearse, has won the role of a lifetime -- and will be banished to Alfre Woodard's basement for upcoming episodes. The actor was seen recently in the Jimmy Fallon/Queen Latifah movie "Taxi" as well as a few episodes of "Entourage" last season. Check out his IMDB.com entry for more information.

"Desperate Housewives" airs Sundays at 9:00 p.m. (EST) on ABC. -- Rachel Cericola
