Courteney Cox Arquette and husband David have been a busy little family lately, and I'm not just talking about bringing up daughter Coco. UPI says that ABC has ordered their script for a new sitcom that would star the not-so-better half of the dynamic duo.
Arquette would star as a PI who needs to deal with his wife and 10-year-old son, who suddenly come back to town after being gone for eight years. Jeremy Stevens, a former writer/producer for "Everybody Loves Raymond," is writing the pilot and co-producing with the couple.
No word on when the pilot might make it to air. The Arquettes are currently producing "Daisy Does America" for TBS. The comedy/variety show, which sort of looks like the female version of "Da Ali G Show," premieres December 6 at 10:00 p.m. (EST) -- Rachel Cericola
