Yes -- that Lewis Black.\n\nNot sure if this is great for the channel or bad for Black, who is known for his righteous rants on Comedy Central's \"The Daily Show.\" He won't be a permanent fixture though; the Weather Channel is hoping it will be their first of many celebrity forecasters. \n\nBlack is a \"closet weather fan,\" which they think makes him a perfect fit. Alrighty. Can't blame the channel for trying, though. The Web must be a tough competitor.
