3-D "Medium" Airs Tonight

medium.jpgJust a reminder: Tonight's episode of "Medium" will be coming at you soon. The show announced a few weeks ago that the episode would be aired in 3-D. Sweeps ploy? Innovative TV technology? Who cares about that.

The even more interesting tidbit is that Hollywood.com is reporting that the episode will be introduced by "Twilight Zone" host Rod Serling. Yes -- the dead one. Apparently old footage will be mixed with Mark Silverman's voice. NBC says he is "the only voice artist recognized by the Serling estate." Sort of like the authorized Elvis.

Nine million pairs of 3-D glasses have been sold. You can still grab yours in this week's "TV Guide," which is available on newsstands and in supermarkets everywhere.

"Medium" airs every Monday at 10:00 p.m. (EST) on NBC. --- Rachel Cericola
