More from the "24" Guys

24.jpgFOX may make you wait for more "24," but they aren't waiting to sign creators/executive producers Joel Surnow and Bob Cochran to another deal. The Hollywood Reporter says that FOX is continuing to play their numbers game, committing to a drama tentatively titled "Thirteen."

Just don't expect "24, Part 2." Rumor is that the new show will have a more "relaxed" pace than their current real-time hit. The film noir-style series will follow a one detective working on a single case over 13 episodes. I guess they aren't hoping for it to go over too well -- or maybe they will just go onto another case.

No word on when the new show will air. If you're hurting for the magic of Surnow and Cochran, you can catch the "24" premiere on January 15 on FOX. -- Rachel Cericola
