FX is hoping that one taxman will bring them some serious revenue. The Futon Critic says that the cable channel has ordered a dark comedy called "Confessions of a Tax Collector," which is based on a true story of a guy that who gets "stuck" working for the IRS for 12 years.
There was no mention in the report, but one can only assume that it is based on the novel by Richard Yancey.
Writer/producer Michelle Ashford ("Boomtown," "Medical Investigation") is working on the project. No word on when the pilot might make it to air. -- Rachel Cericola
