Charlotte Ross Joins "Jake"

ross.jpgThe National Enquirer is reporting that Charlotte Ross will join the John Stamos sitcom "Jake in Progress."

The show has been on a bit of a hiatus, and is scheduled to come back as a midseason replacement. Ross has been cast as Annie, Jake's ex-fiance.

The former soap star was last seen as Detective Connie McDowell on "NYPD Blue." Check our her IMDB.com entry and her Web site for more information and photos.

The second season of "Jake in Progress" is scheduled to premiere in January 2006 on ABC. No word on a definite date or regular timeslot. -- Rachel Cericola
