CBS Picks Up "Ghost Whisperer"

It's not exactly "The Sixth Sense," but "Ghost Whisperer" is a definite winner. The Sci Fi Wire says that CBS has given the Jennifer Love Hewitt drama a full order for the season.

Most of the critics have not been too kind, but the viewers certainly have. The show has repeatedly won its Friday night timeslot -- a spot that even Casper himself isn't typically too keen on.

The former "Party of Five" cutie stars as Melinda Gordon, a just-married woman who aids the newly dead with wrapping up their earthly loose ends. Aisha Tyler (who recently starred on both "24" and "CSI") also stars.

"Ghost Whisperer" airs Fridays at 8:00 p.m. (EST) on CBS. -- Rachel Cericola

Well Ghost is great! I'm not suprised when i heard it was #1!! Jen did a great job!! She's the best actress yet!!

I love the movie jennifer is really great on the show. I watch Ghost Whisperer every friday it's great i love it.
