Alexis Arquette is on his way to becoming the most famous of his prominent family. He's had bit parts in "Pulp Fiction," "Bride of Chucky" and "The Lords of Dogtown." Now the New York Daily News is reporting that he will be the main attraction as A&E captures his upcoming sex-change operation.
A&E has been following and filming Arquette for over a year now. We'll see snippets of his therapy, hormone injections and how he has begun to live his life as a female. Expect cameos from siblings David, Patricia and Rosanna and even sister-in-law Courteney. All of this undoubtedly fascinating tape will be compiled into a two-hour documentary. The film concludes with the actual operation.
Is this a better career move than "The Surreal Life?" The jury is still out. The documentary is scheduled to air in the first quarter of 2006 on A&E. -- Rachel Cericola
