If you've ever heard Janeane Garofalo on Air America radio, you know she is no stranger to the world of politics. So it probably won't be too much of a stretch for her to join "The West Wing" for three episodes this fall.
Zap2it.com is reporting that the comedienne will star as Louise Thornton, a controversial media strategist hired to take stir up some positive press for Democratic hopeful Matt Santos (Jimmy Smits).
Garofalo has starred in films such as "Reality Bites," "The Truth About Cats and Dogs," and "Jiminy Glick in Lalawood." She is currently working on the drama "Just Like the Son." Check out her IMDB.com entry for more information and photos.
