Britney Spears to Star in Reality Show

The inevitable has happened. Variety says Britney Spears and her husband, Kevin Federline, will star in a six-episode reality series on UPN. The show will probably premiere next month.

The series will be "a documentation of love," according to Federline. The story arc -- if you can call it that -- will chart the trajectory of the Spears-Federline union, from dating to marriage to ... well, we'll leave that for the second season.

MTV.com says the majority of the show's footage will be taken from Spears' home videos, with Spears and Federline hosting/discussing their precious moments. -- Mac Slocum
