I totally agree with your Top 5 Never See Agains. I thought the back-up singers were off pitch in places. Tough to tell since they were singing louder than the contestant at times. And, Paula's gloves were not as bad as her ripped dress. I noticed it was asymmetric from the beginning, but there were actual loose threads over the left shoulder. As if Simon had reached over and pulled off her sleeve. Probably trying to steal another kiss.

Are you freakin serious?

Before rambling on about how "original" Cook is let's not forget that he didn't create that version of BJ!
Another singer did & Cook COPIED it from him, yeah that is SO original! LMAO!

Johns is far & away a better singer than Cook could ever hope to be & to say that Johns shouted his performance & Cook didn't is beyond ridiculous!
Cook screamed the whole song & his vocals & nothing special at all!!

PEOPLE! Why why why does everyone insist that David is ripping anyone off? Last week he said he was doing Whitesnake's cover of the Beatles song; last night Ryan DID introduce David performing "Chris Cornell's version" of Billy Jean. David is "original" and "bold" by taking the time and the risk of doing covers instead of the originals because they fit his style of music instead of just picking a song and singing it like everyone else seems to be doing. That is why he is brave. He IS thinking “outside the box”. If you don’t like his singing/performances, that’s one thing; rag him on that. But too continually accuse him of ripping off songs and passing them off as his own is ridiculous since he does NO such thing. This is American Idol for crying out loud. THEY ARE ALL COVERS!!
