Jessica Sierra Gets Arrested

It seems as though cracking the top 10 of "American Idol" isn't what it's cracked up to be. Season 4 finalist Jessica Siera must be following the Sanjaya school of thought of becoming a triple threat. However, instead of singing, acting and directing... it's battery, drugs and contraband.

The blonde cutie was arrested in Tampa Sunday for battery, cocaine possession and "introduction of contraband into a detention facility," says E! Online. Who knew she was so versatile?

She may not have won the Idol crown, but she could qualify as queen of "Cops" after reports about her being incooperative and kicking police car windows. Also, take a peek at the shot of her on E! Online. I am hoping that is her mug shot and not an impending album cover. Is it me or does she not even look like the same person from Season 4?

The aspriring singer and Hooters waitress was released on $11,500 bail. Apparently top 10 finalists aren't made in the shade after all -- but can post bail.

Sierra recently made headlines after 61-year-old Daniel Robert Young was arrested for stalking the former contestant. Sierra made it to the top 10 slot on "American Idol" in season 4; the winner was current country chart-topper Carrie Underwood. -- Rachel Cericola
