Tracy Morgan stopped by the Oprah show and spoke about his love for Tina Fey and Loren Michaels, his philosophy on comedy, the kind of woman he likes, lessons learned from his family, and what made him stop drinking. Between jokes, he made some interesting points:
Comedy is the knowledge of self-imperfection. He explained that one of the reasons he loved Tina Fey was because she trusted him that he knew himself.
He likes a woman who is strong, but weak enough to need him (and it wouldn't hurt if she had her own talk show). In fact, Tracy made it clear that no man (including Stedman and Jaime Foxx), could stand between him and Oprah.
Although his father left when Tracy was six, he was able to share some lifelong lessons with Tracy including the importance of honesty, and legacy.
Tracy also shared the moment he decided to stop drinking was when his son looked at him with the ankle bracelet with disappointment.
Also on the episode were Tina Fey, Steve Carrell, and Betty White.
