His relationship with Avery (Elizabeth Banks), is going well when Nancy (Julianne Moore) finally gets divorced, and is ready to move forward. Liz is on a campaign to meet someone, by forcing herself to get out and do singles-based activities - dodgeball, wine & cheese and line dancing to name a few. Jack and Nancy encourage her to focus on what she wants, instead of what she doesn't want, and to stop being so cranky.

Twofer quits, believing his job is a result of affirmative action, causing the team to have a frank discussion on disenfranchisement. And Liz realizes that wouldn't have gotten her job if she weren't a woman.
