30 Rock: Vengeance is Mine

Liz finds out that the only good ex-boyfriend she has is engaged to be married. Floyd is participating in a Today show wedding contest that is being filmed right outside of Liz's office. She lets her disappointment get the best of her, and attempts to give him food poisoning by taking him a restaurant where she's had several bad experiences.

Danny finds out he's being nominated for a Juno - the Canadian verson of the Grammy - which prompts Frank, Twofer and Lutz to play a prank on him. Danny and Jack collude to seek revenge, which starts with naked nerds and ends with Frank's mom.

Meanwhile, Pete plots to keep Jenna and Tracy occupied to keep oblivious to Danny's award nomination. He arranges to have Jenna and Tracy get their faces plastered for 12 hours, while listening to Kenneth tell childhood stories. A day full of Kenneth leads to a night full of Kenneth, and then Tracy and Jenna come up with a plot to get Kenneth out of their dreams.
