NBC is obviously feeling the heat from fans who are all wondering why 30 ROCK had an extended delayed premiere.
Well thanks to TV GUIDE and iTunes, you will be able to download the first episode of the season a full week earlier.
The October 27th edition of TV GUIDE (which hits the streets October 23rd) will include a code that fans can use to go to iTunes and download the episode for free.
The issue will also include a "How Do We Love Tina Fey?" feature story with quotes from her colleagues, family and friends.
"We are excited to be teaming up with NBC to celebrate the season premiere of 30 Rock, a favorite among TV Guide's 21 million weekly readers," said Debra Birnbaum, editor-in-chief, TV Guide magazine. "This is a fantastic opportunity for our readers to get a sneak peek at one of the hottest and funniest shows on television."
About the premiere episode: "Do-Over"
Thursday, October 30, 9:30 pm ET
Liz (Tina Fey) tries to keep the "TGS" staff from ruining her chances at adoption when an evaluator (guest star Megan Mullally) drops by the set. Bev (Mullally) believes Liz's work schedule may be too hectic for her to adopt a child. Liz begs her co-workers to try to act "normal" for a change, but chaos ensues amid an escalating feud between Jenna (Jane Krakowski) and Tracy (Tracy Morgan). Meanwhile, Jack (Alec Baldwin) is back at 30 Rock to reclaim his position from Devin Banks (Will Arnett), but quickly learns the task won't be easy when he is given a sizeable demotion. Jack vows to do whatever it takes, even if it means sacrificing his self-respect, to make it back to the top. The episodes also star Jack McBrayer, Scott Adsit, Judah Friedlander and Katrina Bowden.
Hulu will also be previewing the premiere episode for free on the 23rd and without a code.
Can't wait!
