30 Rock Review: "Do-Over"

Tina-Fey.jpgJack is back! With no explanation as to what happened in Washington, Jack finds a colorfully dressed Liz outside 30 Rock and he wants his job back. After a confrontation with Banks, Jack gets a job in the mailroom.

Tracy's video game has sold through the roof. When Jenna insists he share in the profits, Liz implores him to buy presents.

Bev (guest star Megan Mullally) examines Liz's apartment as the evaluator for Liz's adoption process.

Jack offers to be of service to Kathy Geis. She gets the wrong idea. When Jack discovers Devon plans to shut everything down for two years, he decides he has to take matters into his own hands.

You can watch the episode on a number of formats. iTunes has a special code in this week's TV GUIDE. I, a Hulu virgin, watched it on Hulu.com (and I must say, I've now found my new favorite website).

It's easy to see why the show has won the Emmy for Best Comedy and acting awards. The episode moves at a fast pace and we quickly dive into where the show is headed for at least the first few episodes.

It's so great to see the show back. Mullally is hysterical and brings her physical comedy to the table. The writing is as fresh as it as even been and Will Arnett is starting to slowly evolve into Ben Silverman (the head of NBC) for me every episode.

Welcome back, 30 ROCK!

It was well worth the wait.

I loved how Jack kept getting promoted so quickly. That was pretty funny. And the bit about "Change your hat!"
