"30 Rock" Casting Update!

Good afternoon Lemonings!

I have some updates regarding my previous post.

Megan Mullally IS guest starring. She plays a character named "Bev." Apparently those chips in the season finale got Liz's biological clock ticking and she contemplates adopting a baby. Emmy winner Mullally will play her evaluator. How does it go? Let's just say Kathy Geiss and nunchucks involved.

I also hear The Big O is shooting her scene on Saturday at the stages.

And the "Gossip Girls" (Leighton Meester and Blake Lively) ARE confirmed, playing Liz's schoolmates in1988. Now if we could only get Tina Fey and Jack McBrayer on GOSSIP GIRL as swingers who make a move on Lily Van de Woodsen, my life would be complete.

And lastly... ("chung chung") beautiful, statuesque "Casey Novak" is guest starring!! You heard it here first, the most beautiful cast member to ever appear on a LAW & ORDER... the Diane Neal (formerly of LAW & ORDER: SVU) is set to guest star on the same episode as the GGs. The episode involves a high school reunion.

It's so good to see her back on television. Hopefully she gets snatched up during pilot season and gets on a solid show.

And there are going to be lots of changes at NBC very soon... trust.

actually, you didn't hear it here first, I heard it thru Diane herself yesterday via email. She is also in Chris Meloni's new movie, Dirty Movie.

I actually heard from a friend Megan is going to be on the first two episodes. Is that true? I really hope it is. I cannot wait for this season of 30 Rock!
